1. Where does Smiley Store India deliver?

We provide delivery across India for eligible products. Some products may have specific delivery restrictions, which will be clearly mentioned on the relevant product page.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after successful order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the product, delivery location and courier service.

3. What are the shipping charges?

For orders below ₹1,000, a delivery charge of ₹200 applies.

Orders of ₹1,000 or more qualify for free shipping.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Where tracking is available, shipment tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided when placing your order.

5. What is your return policy?

Eligible products can generally be returned within 4 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy.

Certain products may have specific return conditions.

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 4 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs or videos.

We may arrange a replacement, return or refund after reviewing the issue.

7. Do I need to record an unboxing video?

An unboxing video is strongly recommended, especially for orders where the product may be damaged, missing or incorrect.

The video should ideally start before opening the package and show the package, shipping label, opening process and products received.

8. Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return process may need to be followed.
