At Smiley Store India, we want you to love your shopping experience. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Smiley Store India is responsible for handling all returns and customer support, even for supplier-fulfilled products.
Returns
We offer a 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt/proof of purchase and a mandatory unboxing video from the time of opening the package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us immediately with your unboxing video so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items
- Hampers
- Decoration items
- Sale items or Discounted items
- Gift cards
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. A valid unboxing video is mandatory.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. To request cancellation, please email or call or WhatsApp us.
Shipping & Return Fee
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A fixed fee of ₹100 will be charged for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Refund is allowed only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Approved replacement or refunds will be processed within 8–15 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, or to your bank account if you paid via Cash on Delivery.
- Please note it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
