Order Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and Public holidays). You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Orders are delivered within 5-10 business days depending on product availability and delivery location.

Products may be shipped either from our warehouse or directly from our trusted supplier partners within India.

Domestic Shipping (India Only)

We currently ship orders within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our trusted courier partners include Shiprocket, DTDC, Delhivery, and other reliable providers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch in major cities and up to 8–10 business days in remote areas. (delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control).
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500.
  • Orders below ₹500 will incur a standard shipping fee (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also check the status of your shipment on our tracking page.

Once marked “Delivered” by the courier, the order is considered completed.

Delays and Exceptions

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume during sales or festivals
  • Courier delays or service disruptions
  • Local restrictions or unforeseen events

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

All items are shipped with tracking. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.
